MLB.tv blacking out question

if i sign up for the mets here in NY i get blacked out from watching the met games on MLB.tv .... (if you didnt know TWC can not view FSN the network that shows most met games).. however if i have my friend who lives in florida under his florida sign up... would I be able to sign in and view these games?
 
not sure but me thinks it could stream from a server in your locale which decides blackouts...
