ML Disk needed for Vista RC2??

I'm trying to burn the Vista RC2 .iso into a DVD+RW but it keep rejecting the disk and asking for a ML Disk...wtf?? I burned RC1 with the same drive and SAME type of DVD+RWs and it runs great!! Plus, RC1 = 2.6gb while RC2 = 2.5gb! What is going on here? am I missing something? please help I'm dying to try this!

Use a different burning program.

give ISO Recorder a try...it's free and was made for windows.

yeah tried a new burning program and it burned fine. Weird that nero wouldnt burn RC2 but would burn RC1, right??

I also couldn't burn RC2 with Nero. RC1 was fine. What buring software did you end up using? I tried a different free one (can't remember the name off hand) and it seemed to burn fine, but the DVD would not boot....

Anyone? I can't get RC2 to work correct. Nero won't work at all. I tried Imgburn and it seems to burn ok, but the DVD's won't boot. HOw do you make a bootable DVD in imgburn? I have wasted 2 DVD's already..... Thanks in advance!

You should find out what the MD5 sum of the ISO should be and check if your's is the same.

I used Imgburn (in RC1 no less) simply by opening the file and then clicking burn.

both poweriso and deepburn should burn rc2 fine.

Hey Everyone, I tried Deepburn to burn the RC2 iso as well. I still can't get the DVD to boot. RC1 and 5728 worked fine. I tried downloading RC2 two different times and both downloads have the same resuts. Is there anyway to install Vista RC2 other than by the DVD? Can I do a network install or anything? Thanks.

use imgBurn... i used Nero and had no problems...

You used Nero to Burn RC2? What version of Nero did you use? I think mine might be kinda old... Maybe that is why it didn't work....
