MKV on bigscreen..

dawks

I'm looking for an easy way to play MKV's on the big screen TV. Something like where you could download the file to a folder on the computer, and stream it wirelessly or over ethernet.

Xbox 360 and PS3 do not do MKV natively AFAIK. I have a WD TV, which works good, but its a pain copying files to a drive to sneaker net them around.

Are there any devices that could do this directly on the TV with networking support? For $100-300... (Besides hooking up a PC to the TV)

Thanks.

I use Tversity as well...lots of file formats not supported though so maybe I should look into the ps3 media server program referenced above...
