MKV editing - swap audio tracks

I often download films in MKV packages where the default audio track is Italian, Russian, Norwegian, etc., along with the original English audio track as secondary. I can play these and select the English audio, but I'd rather not have to bother when I play the file again in the future. Is there an editor that can make one of the secondary audio tracks the default?

Get the mkvtoolnix package and run mmg.exe you can select the language you prefer or even deselect all except for english saving a new version of the mkv.

This allows you to edit stuff like that without remuxing the file, which saves time. There's also a GUI for it:
