so hey, what about that Iraq thing?

maybe the media will go back to covering real news... at least until some white girl gets kidnapped again.

I'm sure they'll dig up a sex scandal or something they can cover. I mean anything so they don't actually go back to covering what is real news.

Aww too bad! I wanted to see him go to jail because I wanted to see what he would look like after 3 months of being in jail. It would have looked ugly! His afro would have grown out and the crayola people wouldn?t be there to apply his make-up.

seriously though...

what kind of parent lets their kids go to MJs house unsupervised or at all for that matter....

come on now people...whether he is guilty or not that doesnt change the fact that there was a media circus last time when the same allegations came out and with that doubt of his guilt or innocence there this parent still let her kids visit his house, his bedroom...

After all he has been through (the accusations, the lies, the trial and the acquittal), I hope something this traumatizing does not cause him any mental or physical stress. I'd hate to see him get "weird" :D:p

at least the media hasn't been covering this thing this relentlessly for like the last year or whatever.

Hopefully they'll go back to other topics that actually matter....

I hope MJ uses this bit of publicity to launch a successful pop career. From his antics outside the courthouse, I bet that man can sing and dance rather well.

Now, fellow ATOT'ers, this verdict doesn't give you a free pass to go out and do naughty things. Use common sense.

I think this case is a bit different in that the reason MJ got off of the charges is because they pretty much proved that the accuser's mother is a known liar and con-artist. So her credibility is damaged in this and future cases.

In OJ's case, everyone knew that he did it, but he got off due to lack of admissable evidence. They couldn't put him in jail but it was enough to make him pay in civil court.

Yep. Two totally different cases.

Iraq?
More importantly, I wonder what Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes think about the verdict.

I think there lesson of this story is, if your primary name consists of two consonants, with the last one being a J, you can commit any crime and get away with it (OJ & MJ)

MJ's fimiliar with retainers, except he thinks that they are only found on the nightstand next to the bed of 12 boys with braces.
