Now comes the civil lawsuit! $$$$

Oh yea, the prosecutor will get the pink slip.

Yup, there it only needs to be plausible that MJ did these things to the kid. They'll milk him dry yet.

Oh god, that sounds gross.... and likely :Q

I just think he's fvcked in the head.

Also, it didn't help that every prosecution witness seemed to have an ulterior motive or the moral character of Lucifer's second-in-command. Guilty or not, you had to admit that it looked kind of suspicious when the mom had to plead the 5th.

I was originally all about crucifying him, but once the trial progressed and more information came out, the prosecution didn't look like they really had a case.

So IMHO, an innocent man goes free, as it should be.

I was in 1st grade for the OJ case, but for both Kobe and MJ lack of evidence was the problem. Kobe's was just some dumb b1tch wanting money and as much as I hate him I'm sure it was consensual. I don't remember there really being any evidence at all in that case.

Considering that he got off of every single one of the charges, it's unlikely that they'll find him guilty of something in civil court.

91TTZ, OJ got off on everything too.

Didn't stop anybody from bleeding every last dollar out of him in the civil trial.

The first part made me

Exactly where I'm coming from. Except I never was too into it. What gets me mad is that there never really was a case and yet there are still all these people saying "justice has failed" and other bullsh1t.

ATOT'ers seem to forget you're INNOCENT until PROVEN GUILTY. Obviously, there was no proof. Therefore, innocent.

Score one for the white community (since MJ is white now). :)

thanks, i think...;)

listen, i have watch scott peterson get sentenced and OJ go free... i do not ever pretend to know what way the system will go, or what the jurors will do, or even how 'fixed' any of it might be.

i went with my gut and with my heart. with what i have read and seen and listened to about him in the last 30+ years. and my heart told me that it was a love thing, not a sex thing.
