Which should I get? I like hearing the Japanese, took about 4 years of it between HS and College. Of course the only thing I really remember is saying "Suck me now!" in about the rudest way possbile :Q:D Anyway, but if I expect the wife to watch with me, should prolly get the engrish dubbed versions. The Japanese region 0 DVD's are only around $10 on eGay. Been really wanting to see the other flicks. Only have seen Mononoke and Totoro :)

Ummm... which DVD's are you looking to get? Spirited Away, Castle in the Sky, Kiki's Delivery Service, Princess Mononoke, and maybe some others (Totoro?) all come with both dubbed and subbed versions on the same disc...

Sadly, the recently released My Neighbor Totoro is a vanilla release with no features such as a Japanese soundtrack.

Castle of Cagliostro and Grave of the Fireflies do have a subtitled Japanese language track.

Those eBay ones are not the US or Japanese versions, since US are dub + sub and Japanese releases are priced higher than US versions. They are HK boots, though if you're lucky the boots are DVD rips instead of movie-theater camera captures.
