Mixing PNY and Crucial RAM?

I recently purchased a PNY 128MB PC133 RAM (Infineon chips) from staples - got it real cheap from the Hot Deals section of this forum.

I am using this ram on a new computer that I built and I'm looking for some more memory... I'm interested in buying the Crucial PC133 256MB RAM CL2 for $45

the motherboard is an Abit KT7A

my question is, is there any kind of problem of mixing the PNY and the Crucial?

I have mixed with PNY RAm and had no problems.
