mixing memory?

I'm looking to add some RAM to a Dell system I bought in last August. I thought the memory in my system was DDR2-4200 yet CPU-Z says my memory is DDR2-4300. My computer invoice only says DDR2 at 533Mhz so I'm confused on what to get. I cannot locate the part number through the website and Dell only offers 4200 as an upgrade option. My main question is whether I could have 4200 and 4300 running in dual channel w/o any troubles? Also, would there be any noticeable performance increase over the two?

It'll clock down to 4200. You *might* not be able to run in dual-channel if the two modules aren't compatible.
Intel chips love bandwidth, you'll see a difference.

I have two sticks running in dual channel right now. Would two sticks of 4300 (if I had 4200 in my system already) be able to run in dual channel also?
