mixing memory

I have a P4 3.2 ghz.notebook that has 512 pc2700 cl2.5 memory. I added a stick of 512 3200 cl3 memory. Will the different cl numbers affect stability or speed. I ran sandra memory interger benchmark and before 2074 and 2051 after more memory installed.
 
i believe your 3200 stick will only run at 2700, but i think there should be an increase in you score if you just doubled the memory.
