On a socket 754 board, will it hurt to mix 3200 ram that has different timings? I was about to order a mobo with only 2 dimm slots, however I needed minimum of 1.5GB ram. I was going to order 1GB and one 512mb dimm, I noticed tho that the timings are different. I wont be overclocking, Im just looking for good stability.
Thanks,

Well if it works, then you have to run both RAM sticks at the timings of the stick with the higher timings. But you won't know if the two different RAM sticks will work in your system until you try it out (that's always the case with mixing RAM, even if the timings are the same).
