Mixing Memory brands - Compatiblity issue

Just bought two 2 gig sticks of Kingston hyperx ddr2 1066 memory. I just noticed the hyper x memory is designed to run at a voltage of 2.2v-2.3v I plan on adding this memory to my system which already has two 2 gig sticks of ocz platinum designed to run at voltage 2.1-2.2v Cas latency on both are identified at 5. Timings on Kingston are 5-5-5-15 and on ocz 5-5-5-18 Thanks for any suggestions. Got this info from a listing of the specs from the manufacturers. Anyway, will this be a problem? If so I probably should return the Kingston unopened and buy matching Ocz.
