Mixing G and N with dual band?

When using a dual band router would an N rated device on the 5 ghz band be slowed by having G rated devices using the 2.4ghz band?
 
Routers that can do 2.4GHz and 5GHz have two Radios one for each frequency.

If the N is configured to do both simultaneously and using it at the time it then it will take part of the 2.4Gh bandwidth as any other 2.4Ghz does. Otherwise, the 5Ghz does not effect the 2.4GHz.
