I have 16gb Corsair vengeance lpx ram that's ddr4 3000 - 2400 CL 15. I am thinking of adding the same brand so 2 more 8gb sticks. But the 2 new ones will be CL 16..so I noticed the timings differ on microcenter's site. They don't have the same CL 15 models anymore. Will this cause me any issues?

Maybe.
All we know for sure is, that they will all run at the slowest speeds.

Above that, nobody knows, on some systems, it won't be an issue, on other systems, it will be an issue. That is why you need to do overnight runs of memtest86+ or even for a few days to make sure all is OK.

Thanks for the feedback. I've been wanting to do 32gb but it's currently too expensive to get 2 16gb sticks so I figure I would add 2 more 8gb. Perhaps I can set the latency to match the CL 15 sticks I have now. Mainly for my flight sim, dcs which uses a lot of cpu and memory.

I live close to microcenter and I figure I could return the modules if there are issues. I've never mixed memory before even though it's the same brand and model just different timings.
