Mixed up unorganized MP3 music library

Hi guys,

I have thousands of songs on my computer that have come from various sources originally. The music library is very mixed up with the ID3 tags not consistently named into the same format.

Would be nice to see an "Artist" folder, then "Album" folder and within that have all my songs named accordingly...

Artist - Track # - Title .mp3

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a program that does this job fairly well. I know with a few thousand mp3's I'm not going to have a 100% success rate, and much of the Tag Editing will have to be done manually.

Any suggestions?

Give Mediamonkey a try. I've tried a ton of different mass taggers, but none of them have worked that well for me. Mediamonkey, imo, is the best for manually tagging your files. Auto-tag from Web is an awesome feature. I also think it's the best music library management program out there, especially for extremely large libraries.
