mixed memory?

i have 96Mb of PC-100ram in a computer i bought frome dell. i have one 64Mb DIMM made by Toshiba and one 32mb by Siemens
does dell tend to mix memory?
i got this information from SiSoft Sandra. i am assuming that when it says CL3 up to 125mhz it means CAS Latency 3?
