Mix Artic silver and Radio Shack stuff?

p3 700 -> 933 default voltage cusl2 latest beta bios

Case temp is 22 degrees celsius but my cpu is running 48 celsius and 55 when overclocked. I think I didn't get enough AS because after I reapplied the little I had left my non overclocked score went from 52 to 48 celsius. So I was wondering if I could mix the radioshack stuff with Artic silver?

Also should I clean the artic silver off the sides of the cpu that don't touch my golden orb?

clean it all off, then try reapplying in a slight thicker than normal layer.


P.S., what bios are you using for teh cusl2?

Version 3 beta 4 , I also have 6 case fans.

Also I don't have anymore AS. That's why I want to know if it's ok to mix it with the radioshack stuff to see if it'll help?

don't mix it. Just use the RS stuff, if you don't have anymore AS.
