I'm in the market for a 21" monitor. The Sony's are too expensive up here in Canada, relative to the DiamondTron natural flat monitors.
I wanted the Viewsonic PF815, but it has been replaced by a lower specced monitor (only 77 hz@ 1600x1200 doesn't cut it in my book).
The Samsung 1200NF seems like a good monitor, but it's $120 CDN more than the Mitsu DPlus 200, with the same tube. The NEC FE1250 is out there, too, but it's not quite as good as the Mitsu, with a similar price tag.
The KDS AV-21TF is about the same price too.
