When I worked in prison some years back, a releasee came to the front door a few days after he was released and asked if he could come back in. Where else was he going to get 3 hots and a cot, daily showers, free satellite TV, an eduction, a barber, a commissary, full gym, game boards and counselors he could talk to whenever he wanted?
