76 million prescription drug

and they didn't take any narcotic painkillers....

it makes the Best Buy heist a few weeks ago, a child's play. then again, could be the same group of people who used that heist as a practice run or equipment 'shopping' for this big heist.

EDIT: correction, there were no narcotics in the warehouse.

Anti-Depressants? I guess they were going the black market angle rather than "grab a bunch of pain killers and sell them on the streets" direction.

When I first heard about this on the radio last night, that was my first thought. The BB theft happened in NJ, so not that far from this warehouse in CT. A practice run. I don't think it's a small coincidence that both points of entry were by cutting a hole through the roof.

Same people as the Bestbuy theft maybe? The whole roof-cutting/rappelling thing.

That's crazy. Stealing "several dozen pallets"...did they simply pull an 18-wheeler to a loading bay after they disabled the security system?

Pseudoephedrine?

I was wondering about that too, but figured it would have been specifically mentioned in one of the articles. (or maybe I'm giving the journalists/editors too much credit).

several dozen pallets... they HAD to have had trucks moving this stuff and the amount of security they would have had to disable to prevent all this from being detected is astounding. They may be transferring the pills into unmarked bottles now.
