Mission Impossible 3?

I didnt care for either. Honestly I thought they were the typical SUMMER ACTION SPECTACULAR! Big Names, Big Action, Little Substance.

Carrie Anne Moss, Scarlett Johansson, and Kennerth Branaugh (I liked his Shakespeare movies - bite me)? That's an impressive cast, at least.

Carrie Anne Moss - hot mom
Scarlett Johansson - hot

I hope the story line is good.. I also liked 1 better..

1 is enjoyable enough to own the DVD. 2 was an absolute tragedy. John Woo is a horrible director. You know what can't pass for believable by any stretch of the imagination? Two motorcyclists accelerating towards each other, jumping off their bikes, and colliding mid-air. And the doves, the stupid doves! Horrendous directing.

Tom Cruise is finished as an actor. Days of Thunder, Mission: Impossibly Boring 1 and 2 and his worst of the worst: Collateral!🙂

Don't forget that Cruise is also starring in Spielberg's War of the Worlds coming out this summer.

85% on rottentomatoes says you're wrong! Collateral was great.

. And the doves, the stupid doves!
LOL! I watched Paycheck a few weeks ago, I was thinking about 2/3 of the way through the movie that I hadn't seen any doves yet, then about 10 minutes later, the doves were there.

It actually wasn't all THAT bad of a movie either. Not at all plausible, but still semi-decent.

Hardly.

Scarlett Johansoon has dropped out and Keri Russell is in as the role of a junior agent to Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise).

Has anyone noticed that J.J. ABRAMS ('Alias', 'Lost') is the director??? Looks like this one will be Plot: Impossible to Follow!

Oh yeah and Keri Russel (Felicity) is now listed in the cast.

According to my film/TV buff buddy, J.J. Abrams is an awesome director...so i think it should be pretty good.

"Holy Resurrected Thread, Batman!"

All because of Scarlett... but I guess that's good enough reason to lose interest, eh.

I really liked the first, second one was just so overdone.
