Missing Resistors

I just got my Leadtek Geforce 2 and there are 2 resistors that were broken off by the heatsink, wich was loose in the package. The card appears to be working but I have not run any stability tests yet. will the missing resistors compromise the life span of the card? Is this covered under the warrenty?

with the resistors gone, the circuit is incomplete, so whichever circuit those two resisters were used for do not function, and if that those are crucial circuits, then they will affect the functioning of the card

you should probably get an RMA within the warranty period. you could wait until the end of that period to do it too.
