Missing REG key in Vista64

I have a piece of software that won't install because of the following message:
" Error 1402. Could not open key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE32\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\OptionalComponents\MSFS. Verifythat you have sufficient access to that key...."

I have entered REGEDIT and I don't have an 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE32' group. I do have an 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE' group but this only has a folder named 'AutorunsDisabled' under '....Run'. There is no folder called 'OptionalComponents'. I have given 'Full Control' and 'Read' permissions in all catagories but the software isn't creating the folder either.

I am using Vista Home Premium 64. Any suggestions?

Thanks.
