Missing recycle bin!

I accidentally deleted my recycle bin after I did a registry edit to let me rename it! Can I get it back? This is in Win2k btw.
 
or just make a shortcut to the directory "recycled" it's c:\recycled or in winnt or winnt/system32, its there somewhere, it's a folder w/ hidden and system properties on and has the recycle bin icon.

on a related note, i used to call my recycle bin "can of worms"😛
