Missing options in ASUS-K8V SE BIOS?

Hello forum memebers,

I heard that you are a smart, amiable bunch, so I decided to direct my computer problem I have had to this site. I am trying to overclock my CPU for the first time...I know, some of you are thinking, "omg, why do they torture us so?" Please, bear with me. First here is my motherboard and CPU name:

ASUS k8V-SE
Athlon 64 3000+

I have done some research around the Internet and found different things. My problem is that when I try to change some of the settings that all these overclocking guides talk about, I don't see them in my BIOS. I don't see a HTT multiplier and I can't find a FSB ratio...I have heard that if I overclock my FSB, my AGP changes with that. Does this pose a problem? I tried searching for previous threads in this forum and found nothing that helped me out with my situation. If someone could help me try to understand my BIOS and the necessary values that need to be changed within my BIOS, that would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Peace
