Missing ODBC32.DLL and Tweakui problem

I'm running W98 and downloaded the standard version of Sandra. When I try to run this, I get the message "ODBC32.DLL not found". I have searched for this file. I found it on the MS site, but it is a tiny part of a 5M download, which I prefer not to do, although there is no charge. There is a site that will provide me a copy for $14, but I'd like to avoid that. Does somebody know how to get this easily, or can somebody send me a copy of this file? By the way, I downloaded Sandra again and reinstalled it, but there was no change.

Also, I've installed Tweakui 1.33, and it works fine except for one item. On the Explorer tab I've selected the option to eliminate the shotcut arrows on the desktop icons, but it doesn't work. I've tried numerous times and yes, I've clicked apply, but the arrows stay. Any ideas?

If you have downloaded the most recent MS "Critical Updates", you are likely to have the shortcut arrow problem. There is at least one thread in the forums discussing this annoying new little Microsoft "feature". I'm not aware of a solution.

i've downloaded a copy of odbd322.dll, but I get the same error. Does it need to be installed in a certain location?
