missing mails?

I redeemed 5000 points for $25 BR gift cert x2 in the middle of the Dec. I never got the mail. I called them and they resent it to me. never got it either. after about two months, I called and b1tched. they sent it via UPS and I finally got it.

I live with my sister and she said she didn't get a credit report that she requested.

Am I just being paranoid? who knows if any of my rebates got stolen...
I don't think it worth the headache.

I am thinking a PO Box. anyone has one?

we need a key to open the mailbox, the only possible mail thief would be the mail carrier. can I notify the postmaster about this?
