Missing Java Icon??

Hello, I installed Java 7 update 21 and noticed afterwords that the Icon was missing from the bottom of the computer screen (control panel?).

As I'm sure is obvious already I'm a total noob when it comes to anything tech, so, I don't know if this is important, or if I will continue to get prompts for Java updates or not. If there is a needed fix, a layman's version would be greatly appreciated.

Seen this before and really don't know why it happens. I noticed when i click on the automatic update and run that, then the icon is gone from the CP.

So the workaround that I do is just do uninstall and reinstall when there is a new update.
