Hey everyone.

I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction with this problem. Got a PC, a Shuttle AN35N mobo w/ onboard LAN (currently disabled) and a wireless PCI NIC (Dlink) DWL-G520. What I'm about to do is connect my son's Xbox live via a crossover cable to the onboard NIC, then use ICS on the wireless NIC to get the Xbox live on the internet rather than having to buy the MS wireless adapter or run a cable down the hallway to the router.

The problem is that I'm missing the ICS info on the advanced tab of the wireless NIC. The only information there is about the firewall. The ICS info is where it should be on the advanced tab for the onboard NIC. He's running XP SP2 on this machine. Any ideas why those options aren't there on the wireless card?

Thanks for any help!
Tom

Well, nevermind, I figured it out. Turns out that the onboard LAN had to be enabled so the ICS options would be available on the wireless NIC. With the onboard LAN disabled, XP was viewing the PC as only having one NIC installed, so obviously it didn't offer up ICS. I guess even though the onboard NIC was disabled, when I was in it's properties, it saw the other enabled NIC and displayed the ICS properties.

Thanks anyway!
