Missing fonts, how can I add it in Windows XP?

I have Windows XP Professional, and Office XP. In Word, there are some generic fonts missing, such as Helvetica. I believe Windows XP should have this and other fonts, and maybe not all fonts get installed when you install windows.

My question is where in the Windows XP cd are the fonts? I tried install new fonts option under the fonts control panel, but I don't know where on the CD the font folder is....
