Missing drive letter designation ??

I have two hard drives, disk 0 having XP Pro, and disk 1 having 98SE. When I am logged into XP (#0, D:\), both drives show, although the 98SE drive shows as C:\.
When I log to C:\ - 98SE, D:\ (the XP drive) does not show in My Computer. Both drives show in device manager, but the drive letter designation is not there for the D drive, and I have found no way to get it to show in My Computer.

Any ideas.

You have the XP drive formatted with NTFS, which Win9x can't read.
