Missing DLL: how do I repair it?

I am getting the following error message:

MPL Loader

"The DLL "cpuinf32.dll can not be loaded. OS reports: the specified module can't be found"


I have no idea what I did to create the problem, but does anyone know where I can found a copy of that dll and, more importantly, exactly where in Windows do I have to copy and paste it?

Appears to be something from logitech.

If you uninstalled something it may have simply not been unregistered. Dunno.

As for a replacement, look in system32\dllcache.

Where (which specific Windows folder) am I supposed to paste the replacement file?


EDIT: copied the file from another computer to the file you mentioned above. Appears to have fixed the problem. Thanks!
