Missing CD Drive Letter in Win2k.

I get a code 32 error in device manager, event log doesn't report anything out of the ordinary.

They show up in Device Manager without an exclamation point.
They just don't get a drive letter and are inaccessible.


I've had no luck in finding a solution 🙁

HELP!
