Missing Capacitor on Sapphire 9200SE?

How'd you manage to do that?

First of all, yes, it appears that there should be a capacitor there.

Secondly, it's hard to make out, but it just might be identical to the capacitor located on the other side of heatsink. Although it's no guarantee, I don't think they would use two different capacitors for that application.
 
just search around till you find a pic that let's you read the capacitor rating then pick a new one up at radio shack and solder it on
shouldn't be a problem
just don;t chance running it as is, cause something else could become damaged
