Missing boot.ini

Hey,
I'm running win2kpro, and there was a bad sector or something on my hd, which chkdsk fixed. Problem is that te sector was in the boot file, so now when it boots it says
missing boot.ini, starting from c:\winnt

Everything boots fine, but for peace of mind I'd like to recreate that boot.ini file. Can anyone send me what should be in it? I just need it to point to c:\winnt, no other OS's or anything like that. I would write it myself but I'm not sure and if it's wrong, it'll be a lot harder to fix....

Thanks

Graham

The safest way would to be boot from your Win2k CD and then select Repair. Then have it repair your boot files.

Heh,
Tried that, but it couldn't locate the installation without the boot file.

I fixed it though, just took my xp boot file and made the appropriate changes.
