See the AV thread in Software for free ones, better than NAV is these days.

Consider spending a little more on the case to get the Antec SLK3700AMB (great case, good PSU)

The $73 Chaintech NF3 mobo in the System thread (#1 in this forum) is very highly rated by newegg users, I just ordered one to upgrade my mom's PC from a P4 1.6 w/RDRAM :p

You might get a floppy drive, in case you need to flash a BIOS, boot Ghost, or read a diskette from someone.
