My votes would be for (in this order)

Mexico and Peru.

Being Norwegian, I cannot agree with most of your choices for Norway.

But I cannot dissagree either! 😛

I just prefer dark/black hair. Preferably with a medium to medium - dark complexion.
 
South America > Latin America > Scandinavia > Southeast Asia > North America > Eastern Europe > Western Europe > Middle East > South Asia > Southern Africa > Northern Africa
 
Dang... typically it's the smaller South American countries with the hotties... like Bolivia and Costa Rica I expect. Venezula & Paraguay... 😀

O Canada! And Miss Israel is pretty friggin hot! Miss Malaysia is the cutest of the asian girls IMO.
