I didn't state that; but in general they have bigger boobs because they are fatter or modified mostly when hot.

There are big breasted asian women too. However; the 'popular' scene wants to see school girls. Hence why they look 13, but are in their 20's.

MOST asian women [Shawn], do not look 13.
