I'm running a dual monitor setup with my 7800GT, A64 3500+ 939.
Sometimes, when I maximize windows (typically browser windows, since that's the main use of the computer), they are misplaced. Basically, it just looks like it's a non-maximized window that nearly fills the screen. At the moment, a maximized window is cut off at the end of the X (close button), and about the size of the X button too far down.
