Misleading Citibank Emails asking for verification.

chances are it's something like https://www.citibank.com/(a whole bunch of crap) @12.421.332.532/(more crap)

Basically the first stuff is just a login for the "real" site. Just say no.
 
Actually, that's a real link to Citibank. I had received a similar email and I was equally baffled. Check your original email source -- you'll see that the display link is different from the actual link. That's the secret to this scam.
