If anyone saw the recent three part series, Rose Red, the character Kay Waterman would be my nomination for a Stephen King's character to be 86ed with a sledge hammer. IMHO, there hasn't been a royal pain in the a** mother to show up in a movie or TV show since Throw Momma Off The Train.
