Mis-aligned backup HDD

So I was doing some benchmarking on my ssd yesterday with AS SSD, everything checked out as expected with it.

I did however notice while checking my other 2 drives, both of which are HDD's, that one of them is mis-aligned according to the software.

The mis-aligned drive is used purely as a windows 7 backup drive. It stores my system images of my C drive and the media backups of my D drive (music, movies, pictures). These backups are done automatically on a weekly schedule.

Now I know having a mis-aligned C drive would obviously be a big issue, but is a mis-aligned backup drive a big issue? If so, what should I do to correct it?
