I beat the game last night. All of the running parts were awesome, especially the subway level and the couple where the "runner eliminators" were chasing you.

I enjoyed the game overall, but I thought it was really drug down by all of the forced shooting/fighting portions. There were some areas where you HAD to fight large groups of enemies, and the fighting and shooting mechanics really suck. I had to replay some of those parts way to many times.
