Mirror for ext3 patch on 2.4.14?

Hi All,
I want to bring my RH7.2 box up to 2.4.14 to get the latest VM improvements, but I'm using ext3 which isn't in the mainline kernel yet.
I found the main site: http://www.uow.edu.au/~andrewm/linux/ext3/

But for some reason, my connection can't resolve the actual download link: ext3 patch for 2.4.14

Does anybody know of a mirror site for this patch?

The connection I have at work here is very flaky. Lot's of stuff fails on DNS resolution, and other stuff just times out.
I've given up on nagging tech support.
