mirc regex help

I know nothing about regex and was wondering if any of you could please make this work for me.

$regex($1-,^\[[0-9:]{5}(am|pm)\] \{ $+ [ %earth.all ] $+ \}[ -]+[\w ]+\([0-9#]+\) \[\w+\] » [\w ]+\(# $+ [ %earth.cn ] $+ \

need that to work for:

PS LaF aint got no honor (#931) [SOLdier] --> Baby Einstein (#542) [RIVAL] -- DEF HELD

the %earth.all is the PS part
the %earth.cn is the country # for the Rival country.

that regex used to work with:

<ZscriptBot> [02:45am] {SS} Gloria Baho Bilat (#126) [EVOlens] » Netting Is Queer (#263) [LOLCATS] Defended

It looks like there's another line to this regex, which you left out. But it doesn't appear to matter. I'm guessing this will work, or be close:

$regex($1-,^$+ [ %earth.all ] $+ [ -]+[\w ]+\([0-9#]+\) \[\w+\] --> [\w ]+\(# $+ [ %earth.cn ] $+ \
