mirc not working with cable, help!

hi, I just got cable, and i can't seem to log onto any mirc servers. When i try i get a message like this....

You have been Autokilled.

is this because of a firewall, or another reason?

I tried almost all the servers, and i am still getting the same problem😛

i'm confused
