Not really. In Indiana a first time offender is usually offered a diversion agreement (not sure how this works in MN). Terms of the agreement generally include fines, court fees, alcohol awareness course, possible community service, and probation. Probation generally consists of 6 months to complete the terms and 6 months of not entering a bar/tavern and not being arrested again for anything more than a minor traffic violation. Additionally, with the diversion agreement only an arrest will show up (if even that) on her record and no charges will be on her record.Originally posted by: SmoochyTX
