That's the temp at the airport. My own weather station shows -14.2 with 15 MPH winds.

For some reason the airport and downtown is always warmer than temps taken elsewhere in the city

It's all that CO2.

I flew in on a Monday Morning flight to Peoria for what was probably the first and last time and went to the dealership across from his workplace and he did not roll out the red carpet for me.

On the 21st of December I got up at 8 AM to head from a friends house to beat St. Pauls snow emergency. It was -17 and while my car started, my fan for the heater wouldnt. I let it run for about 20 mins and still no go. I parked it in a lot behind his condo off Dale and Shelby and came inside for about 10 mins to thaw. Went back out and still no luck. Now I am facing driving 45 miles back to Albertville with no heat and nothing to defrost my windshield. Then magically the fan turns back on!

Damn german engineering!

btw is it me or has the past two winters been unbelievably long cold up here? Hope the ice thaws out before the end of April unlike last year!
