a system like that isnt going to replace the keyboard (text input) but it would probably do wonders for specialized tasks compared to a mouse
 
Maybe it'll be good for work involving manipulating stuff in 3d, but I fail to see how it is more efficient than the good ol' mouse. For one thing, I've use a mouse nonstop for like five hours on, but I don't think I can sit/stand there and wave my arms all over the place for much more than a hour at a time.
