Minor Vista issue

Hi,

I'm running Vista Ultimate, installed back on launch day. I transfered my favorites bookmarks over to Vista after I clean installed it. I like to use the "Personalized Favorites" and have it checked in the IE options. After 2 weeks went by I figured Vista had enough time to get organized but i still have the complete favorites list.
I researched the isssue -some reported the problem with XP and have checked all the reg entries pertaining to that option, all are set to enable.
The only thing I can think of may be that I transfered all my old favs over but why should that matter?
Any ideas why the feature doesn't work or is it a known issue?
